Our programmes are addressing geo-information and capacity building needs. We support UN Organizations and Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs), National Governments, Regional Organizations and Small and Medium size Enterprises (SMEs) in the UN Member States.
We also connect Netherlands' geo-information and capacity building suppliers to the UNSDI community.
Application areas
Primary application areas are forest management, water management, transport/logistics, food security, disaster relief, humanitarian aid, agriculture, fisheries, biodiversity, migratory pest control and climate change goals in the context of sustainable development. Focus will be on integrated water resources management (IWRM), tropical forest resources management and transport/logistics.
