On Thursday (February 19th), following a hand-over teleconference held between the outgoing and incoming Co-chairs and UNGIWG Secretariat staff, the chairmanship of UNGIWG was formally handed over to the U.N. Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) and the U.N. Office for Outer Space Affairs.
